Standard MOQ is 5,000 pcs per design. For smaller test runs, we accept orders from 2,000 pcs with a small-batch surcharge. Exact MOQ depends on box structure, material, and printing complexity.

Physical samples are shipped within 5–7 working days. Digital dielines and structural drawings are provided within 1–2 business days. Sample costs are waived for confirmed bulk orders.

Mass production takes 20–30 working days after sample approval, varying by quantity and finishing complexity. Rush production is available — contact us for expedited timelines.

Yes. We provide free physical samples from our existing stock to help you evaluate material and print quality. For custom samples with your artwork, a nominal tooling fee may apply, which is credited toward your bulk order.

Absolutely. Our structural engineers can create custom dielines based on your product dimensions. Send us your specs and we will provide a dieline within 1–2 business days for your review.

Our paperboard is FSC-certified, FDA 21 CFR compliant for food contact, and meets EU packaging directives. We also hold ISO 9001 and Sedex membership. Certificate copies are available upon request.

We export to 40+ countries with a focus on the USA and European markets. We handle door-to-door logistics including customs clearance, and can ship via sea freight (cost-effective) or air freight (urgent orders).

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Standard terms are 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. Letters of credit (L/C) are accepted for orders above $50,000.
